Topaz DeNoise AI is a standalone application and a plugin for Photoshop and Lightroom that uses artificial intelligence to remove noise and enhance detail in your photos. It claims to be the best noise reduction software on the market, using a fundamentally new approach called deep learning. Unlike other noise reduction tools that apply a generic algorithm to all images, Topaz DeNoise AI analyzes each image individually and learns from millions of examples to distinguish between real detail and noise.

  • A new User Interface that is more intuitive and user-friendly.




Topaz DeNoise AI 1.2.1 also offers two different processing modes: DeNoise AI and AI Clear. DeNoise AI is the default mode that uses deep learning to remove noise and enhance detail in your photos. AI Clear is an alternative mode that uses a different algorithm to achieve similar results, but with less processing time and memory usage. You can switch between the two modes by clicking on the icons at the top right corner of the screen.


Performance of Topaz DeNoise AI 1.2.1




Topaz DeNoise AI 1.2.1 is a powerful software that requires a lot of computing resources to run smoothly. The minimum system requirements are:

The processing time of Topaz DeNoise AI 1.2.1 depends on several factors, such as the size and resolution of your image, the settings you choose, the mode you use, and the hardware you have. In general, DeNoise AI mode takes longer than AI Clear mode, and Auto mode takes longer than Manual mode. As you can see, AI Clear mode was more than twice as fast as DeNoise AI mode, but the difference in quality was not very noticeable. Of course, your results may vary depending on your image and settings.

Topaz DeNoise AI 1.2.1 claims to deliver remarkable noise reduction while preserving real detail in your photos. But does it live up to its promise?
